We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager for one of our clients in the service industry to help them meet their customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping their company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing their sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.
Responsibilities
- Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands customer base and extends the company's global reach
- Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships that address their needs
- Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop plans for filling them
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
- Ensure that company quotas are met
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Five years minimum in a similar role. Experience from cleaning and security industries highly preferred.
- Successful previous experience leading and managing teams.
- Demonstrated ability to present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
