Our client, a dry steam detailing company that seeks to revolutionize the car detailing industry is looking for an Auto Detailing Technician to join their team. You will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to providing top-quality car detailing services using cutting-edge technology. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about cars, eager to learn, and willing to grow with our team. Experience is not a strict requirement as we provide on-the-job training. We are seeking candidates with excellent spoken communication skills in English or Swahili, as you will interact directly with our valued customers.
Responsibilities
- Perform car detailing services using steam technology, including interior and exterior cleaning.
- Carry out tasks such as buffing, waxing, watermark removal, and rims cleaning to enhance vehicle appearance.
- Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Communicate service offerings, answer inquiries, and provide recommendations.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing their specific needs and preferences.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and detailing precision.
- Follow company protocols to ensure consistent service quality.
- Properly maintain and clean detailing equipment and tools.
- Report any equipment issues or maintenance needs to the supervisor.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Assist with daily shop operations as needed.
Requirements
- High school certificate. Technical training certificate is a plus
- Passion for cars and a strong desire to learn the art of auto detailing.
- Excellent spoken communication skills in English or Swahili to interact effectively with customers.
- Detail-oriented with an eye for cleanliness and quality.
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to company processes and standards.
- Enthusiastic, reliable, and punctual.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
- Experience in auto detailing is a plus but not required; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
